How to Link Google AdSense to Your YouTube Channel

Google Adsense is undoubtedly one of the best Ad network for YouTube and blogs but getting an approved adsense account was never an easy procedure.

YouTube offer two type of monetization, if you have already an approved AdSense Account you can link your YouTube Account to that account or You can apply for new AdSense Account.

Here is the step to Monetize Your YouTube Channel :

1. After signing in, click your username icon in the top far right corner, followed by "Creator Studio".

2. In the Creator Studio section, click "Channel", then "Status and features".

In the monetization section, click "Enable".

Note : Sometime Enable button is disabled,so firstly change your country,then it get enabled.

3. To apply for monetization, click the "START" button next to, "Read and agree to the YouTube Partner Program terms.

4. Review all the terms, check the first three boxes and click, "I accept" to continue with the application process.

5. Back in the monetization section, click the "START" button next to "Sign up for AdSense".

6. Click "Next" to be redirected to the AdSense sign in page.

7. Here on the AdSense login page, you have the option of either creating a new account or, signing in with an existing one.

8. Here on the "Welcome to AdSense" page, you can choose the language your content is in, as well as link your YouTube account.

Once you have selected your language, click "Accept association".

Note : Fill the correct address in the address details filled, beacuse when your account get approval,Google send a address verification code via post.

9. he third step in the process is to set your monetization preferences.

Click "START" when you're ready to continue.

10. On the Set monetization preferences page, you can choose which types of ads that get displayed.

Once you've selected which ad types you want to work with, click "Save".

11. To check to ensure you have the correct AdSense account linked, click the "Associated AdSense account" link in the channel/monetization section. 

12. You are on the Monetization page, the associated AdSense accounts publishers number will be displayed.

Note : YouTube new policy allow the ads on your videos,when your channel get 10,000 views.

Tips Tricks & Warnings

1. Do not upload videos that you do not own.

2. You can see your earnings directly through your AdSense account.

3. Take some extra time with your video titles, descriptions and tags.

YouTube issue with AdSense, why does it say I am not approved?

YouTube says I am a verified partner, but when I apply for AdSense account, it says I was rejected.

There are some requirements you need to meet to set up an AdSense account.

1. You need to be 18.

2. You need to have monetizable videos.

3. You need to have a minimum of 500 subscribers; 50,000 video views; and 10,000 channel views. (for quality ads)

4. All of your videos must be original -- you cannot upload music videos or clips from movies.
